- Suggested Tours -
As mentioned before, and based on our 25-year experience these are only suggestions on how our clients can spend their time on the island in the most enjoyable way. However, any change on destination and time to our scheduled tours are feasible and alterations can be done on our clients' wish. In all our tours there will be stops for snapshots of panoramic views and coffeé breaks whenever our clients wish for.
21/2 hour-tour Starting from our meeting point we will pass through Pelekas on the west side of the island a small mountainous village with one of the most stunning viewpoints and we will continue to visit the Achilleion Palace situated on the hilltop of Gastouri. Leaving the palace, we will drive towards the east coast of the island where we will be able to see the famous Pontikonissi (mouse island) in the middle of the sea opposite the bay of Kanoni. Our tour ends in the old part of Corfu Town or at the port for our cruise ship passenger
41/2 hour-tour Starting again from our meeting point, we will drive through the traditional village of Doukades heading for Angelokastro a famous old Byzantine fortress built in the 13th century. Especially for the photography lovers, a snapshot of the bay of Pagi taken from the viewpoint called "Hellidoni" is a must. Our next stop is Krini a small village where one can relax and enjoy a refreshment at a local café. We then continue our tour towards Paleokastritsa the most popular tourist resort in Corfu, through Lakones a village which houses a museum with old black and white pictures and traditional Corfiot costumes and items. Finally, reaching Paleokastritsa we will be able to visit the Monastery of Panagia (Holy Mary) and admire the breathless green-blue waters of the sea and the spectacular view from the monastery. Driving back to Corfu Town, we will drive through Kanoni a region situated on the south of Palaiopoli where one will be able to see the famous Pontikonissi and the monastery of Vlaherena.
5 hour-tour For our guests who wish to explore the island as much as possible, we offer them the opportunity to visit the most important sites on the north west and south east coast of the island, combining areas from the two tours mentioned above.
